Devyani requests her grandfather Damodar to consider her request to teach at the Hambirrao Raje University. As Damodar makes Devyani aware of the responsibilities of a teacher, Devyani increasingly feels he would turn down her request. However, she is in for a huge surprise as Damodar hands her the appointment letter. In addition, he gifts her a symbolic pen with which he had written numerous research papers.



Priyadarshini is irked by Ranvir's aggressive behavior and does not know how to handle him. Anasuya (Sai Maa) witnesses Ranvir reprimanding Priyadarshini for chatting with roadside women. She tries hard to explain Priyadarshini that her action was not in keeping with the manners of the royal family.



Devyani's mother and Sakshi feel happy and proud after Devyani receives the appointment letter. Devyani promises to work as hard as her grandfather and ensure the success and growth of the school and the students studying in it.



Sakshi tries hard to reform Abhilasha's behavior of differentiating between Devyani and Shravani, but in vain. Abhilasha and Shravani don't miss a single opportunity to humiliate Devyani.



The Rajes throw a huge party celebrating the inauguration of their new business venture. The event is well-attended by media persons, politicians, bureaucrats and who's who of the business world.



As politician Mangalatai and the Raje family celebrate, Priyadarshini feels awkward to share a drink. The shrewd Mangalatai uses the occasion to create more of a rift between Priyadarshini and Ranvir. Feeling embarrassed, Priyadarshini walks away in a huff.
