Restless to learn Prabhakar had lost in the prestigious land auction, Vikramaditya goes to Shirke Sadan to break the news to his brother Bhaiyyasaheb. Bhaiyyasaheb tries hard to explain, Prabhakar was their trusted aide his credibility and judgment should not be doubted.



In the school, Damodar breaks the happy news of getting government permission to set up a college. To Devyani's distress, Damodar refuses reveal whether he would select her as the teacher of his school.



While Devyani and her mother celebrate her academic success, Abhilasha taunts her and asks her to seek a job to fund modeling career of Abhilasha's daughter. As Devyani weeps inconsolably on hearing Abhilasha's acid tongued words, her mother comforts her.

As Dr Damodar Vinayak Deshmukh is busy feeding pigeons, Devyani breaks the news of passing her B.Ed. exam with flying colours. Damodar congratulates Devyani and blesses her.

The news soon spreads in the Deshmukh family. While Devyani's widowed mother offers her the sweet sheera, Makrand gives her some cash as a reward. Abhilasha finds Devyani's academic success hard to digest and she brings it to Makrand's notice. Makrand tries to stop Abhilasha from differentiating between her daughters and Devyani, but to no avail. The vicious Abhilasha misses no opportunity to mention the name of Devyani's father, who was missing for the last two decades.

Sakshi's happiness knows no bounds after she hears the news of Devyani clearing her B.Ed. examination. The duo goes to Godavari Kaku's house to break the news. Godavari requests Devyani to handle her family responsibilities in a mature way and help sustain her family, which had supported her after her father went missing two decades ago.

Vikramaditya and his aide Abdul discuss about Shaheen's wedding. Abdul expresses his helplessness in funding the marriage. To Abdul's dismay, Vikramaditya hands him a wad of currency, and requests Abdul to invite him for the marriage. Filled with appreciation over Vikramaditya's act of generosity, Abdul falls at his master's feet.
